The payroll system requires a Commitment Fee of 198.5% of one month’s salary from employers when placing an employee.
Why is the Commitment Fee important?

How often is the fee paid?
Once during job placement (198.5%).
Then every 3rd month, the employer pays one month’s salary as a renewal commitment.
How does the 40/60 business funding work?
Entrepreneur contributes 40% capital.
Sacco contributes 60% funding.
20% the loan interest is added for stability.
How do suppliers benefit?
Suppliers linked to businesses are guaranteed demand, and all payments are made through Sacco for security.

How do marketers earn?
6% (Level 1): Immediate bonus when a client activates a program.
3% (Level 2): Paid monthly (kept in Sacco).
1% (Level 3): Paid monthly (kept in Sacco).
What is a recurring bonus?
Marketers qualify if they register 10+ clients and 3+ investors per month. Then Level 2 (3%) and Level 3 (1%) bonuses are paid monthly.
Can I reinvest my bonuses?
Yes. Level 2 and Level 3 bonuses can be withdrawn after a month or reinvested for profit growth.
