Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and physically capable Farm Workers. The successful candidate will assist with daily farm operations, including crop maintenance, livestock care, and general farm upkeep. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Physical Ability: Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.

• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing farm schedules and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agricultural Experience: Previous experience working on a farm or ranch.
• Equipment Operation: Ability to operate farm equipment, such as tractors and plows.
• Animal Handling: Experience handling and caring for livestock.

Working Conditions:

1. Outdoor Work: Work will be performed outdoors in various weather conditions.
2. Physical Demands: The role requires physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and manual labor.
