We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage service, ensuring high-quality food, excellent customer service, and efficient operations. T

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily activities of food and beverage servers, bartenders, and other support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
2. Monitor service standards, ensuring that customers receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
3. Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring that high standards of quality and presentation are maintained.
4. Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
5. Ensure that all food and beverage areas, including the kitchen, dining area, and storage areas, meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.
6. Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and order supplies as needed to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or similar establishment.

  Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
