Reports to: Office Manager or Practice Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Female Medical Receptionist to join a healthcare team in Kibuye. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Verify patient insurance and demographic information, and collect co-payments and payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails.

Requirements:

  1. Medical reception experience preferred or in a similar role.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  3. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  4. Friendly, approachable, and patient-focused demeanor.
