History and Strategic Partnerships
Meta Human Resources (MEHUR) Limited was established in 2024 in Uganda with a vision to address two pressing economic challenges: high unemployment rates and limited access to affordable business capital. The founders recognized that while Uganda had a growing base of skilled youth and ambitious entrepreneurs, many lacked structured pathways to secure employment, grow businesses, or access reliable investment opportunities.
From the outset, MEHUR positioned itself as more than a traditional HR company. Its model combined human resource management with entrepreneurship development and investment facilitation, aiming to create a self-sustaining ecosystem where talent, capital, and business opportunities intersect.
